WAKE COUNTY BUDGET HEARING

The Wake County Board of Commissioner's meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of the month (unless changed for holidays or other reasons), beginning at 2 p.m., with a public comment period for citizens to address the Board from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
Budget will be voted on June 20th.

RALEIGH BUDGET HEARINGS AND BUDGET ADOPTION:

Public hearings will be held in the second-floor council chamber at City Hall, 222 W. Hargett Street, at 7p.m. on Tues, June 7.

Budget hearings sessions started today and will be held each Monday. Budget must be passed no later than July 1, 2005.

June 9, 6:30 p.m. Town Council holds public hearing on proposed operating and capital budgets in temporary council chambers, 101 Wilkinson Ave.

June 23 Town Council adopts the budget for the 2006 fiscal year.
